If you are dissatisfied with our workmanship, we will come back and make it right. No charge. No fuss. We recognize that most people prefer to spend their money on things other than repairs on their HVAC equipment and water heaters. In troubleshooting, we determine the cause of the breakdown, and provide the customers with options. Although we joke with the homeowner about the need for a brand new appliance, it is our goal to get in and out so the customer can go on with their lives. In addition, we educate the customer on how the heating and cooling system operates, and what maintenance measures should be practiced in order to get the most life out of the water heater, furnace or air conditioner.
